On Tuesday, 5th March, Luis Miguel and Javier Fernández Montoya of third-generation fishing family Hispamare will join us at Bar Daskal for an intimate tasting of their premium wild-caught seafood range, fresh from the waters off the coasts of Spain.

Hispamare combine their family’s tradition and knowledge of fishing with the latest state-of-the-art freezing technology to offer the best quality, most sustainable and freshest seafood, operating at sea depths few others can reach to keep colour, flavour, and texture intact.

Known for their extraordinary wild-caught Carabineros, Blue Belly Shrimp (as seen on the menu of Martin Berasetegui’s 3-Michelin star Lasarte-Oria) and Mediterranean Langoustine — their products are well-regarded by gastronomes and Michelin-starred restaurants alike.

Tickets cost £50, including a welcome drink and a tasting of the premium range and are available to purchase via Resy.

Guests wishing to join for dinner after the tasting at Barrafina and Parrillan Borough Yards, next door, will receive 20% off their total bill.
