Introducing The Harts Group Way
The Harts Group Way is a set of guiding values and corresponding behaviours to define a consistent standard of conduct across Harts Group. Created in response to a desire for such a uniting document from team members in our company survey, we enlisted the help of coach Sanja Moll who facilitated 6 listening circles (four conducted in English and two in Spanish) where 70 individuals representing a mix of different roles, brands, seniority and length of service were all invited to share their feedback of their experience working at Harts Group. This was then shared with the directors who, with some input from Nathan Nalla of EDI consultancy Be The Riot, became the Harts Group Way.
We are proud to stand for Camaraderie, Curiosity and Commitment and to uphold behaviours that express these tenets.

El Pastor welcomes visionary Mexican chef, Elena Reygadas, for one night at El Pastor Soho
For the third in the EP + Amigos series, El Pastor welcomes one of Mexico’s most celebrated chefs, Elena Reygadas, to El Pastor Soho. Elena is the force behind the Michelin-starred Rosetta, as well as much-loved Mexico City concepts like Panadería Rosetta, Lardo, Café Nin and Bella Aurora. Named World’s Best Female Chef in 2023, her cooking is thoughtful and seasonal, with a focus on sustainability, supporting small producers, and celebrating Mexican biodiversity. Elena will cook a four-course feasting menu indicative of her style of cooking, served family-style.

The El Pastor family is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running cult nightclub, El Colmillo and searching for the city’s best al pastor taco.
Taken from the Spanish word, ‘parrilla’, meaning grill, our two restaurants, Coal Drops Yard in King’s Cross, and Borough Yards in London Bridge, celebrate Spanish cooking over fire.
The Drop is a relaxed wine bar nestled in the Victorian stone arches of Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross.
