On Thursday 22nd May, we’re delighted to welcome Giuseppe Lacorazza of Mexico City’s acclaimed Fugaz to the original El Pastor in London Bridge. Located in the vibrant Roma Norte neighbourhood, Fugaz is celebrated for its relaxed yet stylish atmosphere and inventive, ingredient-driven cooking—praised by the Michelin Guide for its “low-key vibe that belies some very serious and creative cuisine.”
For one night only, Giuseppe will present a four-course menu inspired by the best of British seasonal produce, filtered through the distinct lens of his Mexico City kitchen. Highlights include the Fugaz signature avocado tostada, a seafood platter, a shared dish of market fish with tortillas, toppings and salsas, and a seasonal dessert.
